Exhibitor Application Terms

【Article 1】Definitions

1. “Exhibitor” means any company, association, organization, or individual that submits an application form and contract for participation in this exhibition and pays the deposit.
2. “Exhibition” refers to THE NEXT AI.
3. “Organizer” refers to JM Company Co., Ltd., located at 508, Building B, Centum Skybiz, 97 Centum Jungang-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, Republic of Korea.

【Article 2】Application for Participation

1. The Exhibitor shall complete the prescribed application form and submit it to the Organizer, and at the same time shall pay the participation fee (50% of the total booth fee) as a deposit.
2. If any information in the submitted application or related documents changes, the Exhibitor shall notify the Organizer immediately. The Exhibitor is responsible for any disadvantages arising from failure to notify.

【Article 3】Allocation of Exhibition Space

The Organizer allocates booth locations by considering the order of applications, nationality, characteristics of exhibits, requested area, and the Exhibitor’s location. Except in cases of force majeure, the Exhibitor shall cooperate as much as possible with the Organizer’s requests.

Block booths can be applied for according to each booth type specification, and independent booths can be applied for from 2 booths or more.

【Article 4】Exhibition Hall Management

1. The Exhibitor shall display the exhibits specified in the application and place on-site staff, and shall manage its booth with due care.
2. If the Exhibitor displays items different from those stated in the application, displays items inconsistent with the nature of the exhibition, or engages in direct sales without prior approval, the Organizer may immediately order suspension, removal, or carry-out.
   In such cases, the participation fee will not be refunded, and the Exhibitor may not claim compensation.
3. Without the Organizer’s written consent, the Exhibitor may not transfer, resell, or exchange all or part of the allocated exhibition space with any third party.
4. The Exhibitor may not damage or alter floors, ceilings, columns, or walls of the exhibition hall by painting, adhesives, or other methods.
5. For order, safety, and prevention of socially harmful conduct, the Organizer may selectively exclude or restrict certain exhibits or exhibition activities.

【Article 5】Payment Terms

1. Upon submission of the application, the Exhibitor shall pay the deposit (50% of the total booth fee), and shall pay the remaining balance by one month before the exhibition. If the Exhibitor submits the application after the application deadline, the Exhibitor shall pay 100% in full.
2. If the Exhibitor fails to pay the participation fee or related costs, the Organizer may defer participation until full payment is made, or may selectively retain the Exhibitor’s exhibits.

【Article 6】Cancellation or Change by the Exhibitor

1. If the Exhibitor cancels all or part of the agreed exhibition space, the Exhibitor shall immediately notify the Organizer of the cancellation in writing.
2. Cancellation up to 1 month before the exhibition: 50% of the participation fee is charged as a penalty.
   Cancellation within 1 month of the exhibition: 100% of the participation fee is charged as a penalty.
3. No interest will be paid on any refund amount.

【Article 7】Exhibitor Parking

1. Parking passes for exhibitor vehicles are not provided separately.

【Article 8】Cancellation or Change of the Exhibition

If the Organizer cancels the exhibition, the full participation fee already paid will be refunded to the Exhibitor. However, in cases of force majeure or other special circumstances where the exhibition is cancelled, the event date is changed, or the scale of the exhibition is reduced, the participation fee will not be refunded.

【Article 9】Installation and Display of Exhibits

The Exhibitor shall complete the installation, move-in, and display of exhibits within the designated period and within the allocated exhibition space.

【Article 10】Move-out of Exhibits and Structures

The Exhibitor shall remove all exhibits and structures within the designated period. If the Exhibitor delays the move-out, the Exhibitor shall pay the Organizer for any costs incurred.

【Article 11】Security, Risk, and Insurance

1. The Organizer shall take appropriate security measures for exhibitors and visitors.
2. The Exhibitor is responsible for any damage to or theft of exhibits and structures within the allocated area during the exhibition period and the installation/dismantling periods.
3. If the Exhibitor intentionally or negligently causes fire, theft, damage, or any other accident and thereby causes losses to the Organizer or others, the Exhibitor shall be liable for compensation. The Exhibitor is also responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for exhibits and related items.

【Article 12】Fire Safety Rules

1. All materials used for structures and in the exhibition hall must be properly treated as flame-retardant in accordance with fire regulations, and the Organizer may request corrective measures related to fire prevention as necessary.
