The Organizer allocates booth locations by considering the order of applications, nationality, characteristics of exhibits, requested area, and the Exhibitor’s location. Except in cases of force majeure, the Exhibitor shall cooperate as much as possible with the Organizer’s requests.
Block booths can be applied for according to each booth type specification, and independent booths can be applied for from 2 booths or more.
If the Organizer cancels the exhibition, the full participation fee already paid will be refunded to the Exhibitor. However, in cases of force majeure or other special circumstances where the exhibition is cancelled, the event date is changed, or the scale of the exhibition is reduced, the participation fee will not be refunded.
The Exhibitor shall complete the installation, move-in, and display of exhibits within the designated period and within the allocated exhibition space.
The Exhibitor shall remove all exhibits and structures within the designated period. If the Exhibitor delays the move-out, the Exhibitor shall pay the Organizer for any costs incurred.
